River was excellent. He let me know what he was doing every step of the way. When he finished he let me know what to expect and call if any concerns. Excellent Service
Jordan was super friendly and knowledgeable, he got me signed up to get all the annoying bugs we deal with taken care of. Cedric was the one who came and sprayed our home and outside. He was also very nice and personable! Looking forward to a bug free outside and inside! Thanks Moxie guys!
My initial visit started off a little rocky. The guy who sold me the contract explained all that came with the service; however, once the tech was here to perform the service, I found out that some of the items stated either didn’t exist or were “additional” services I would need to pay extra for. Obviously I immediately felt regret for signing the 12 month contract. However, my tech Kevin was able to contact the office and make sure I was taken care of as explained when I bought the service. Kaleb was awesome. Completely professional. He went the extra mile and went above and beyond. He even let my very chatty 6 year old follow him around and ask him questions. Highly recommend and I hope he does our service every time!
Michael arrived timely. Was courteous. Thorough in explaining his plan. Appeared to care about my property and about my pets. Let me know when he had completed his service. I am impressed with his professional service.
