When other companies were refusing our job or charging exorbitant prices for major repairs (without properly diagnosing), Giovanni came out, took a thorough look and provided a step-by-step & affordable approach. Every aspect of my experience with M&R was great. The initial phone call, appointment set-up and the service were all wonderful. They gained a new loyal customer!
Chris was excellent. I could not be happier with the experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, arrived on time and thoroughly explained things as he completed servicing my system. During the first heatwave of the summer, my air conditioner failed. When I called M&R Sunday evening, a friendly staff member answered immediately. When she was unable to get a technician for that night, I was scheduled for the next morning. The wait window was only two hours, and the tech arrived timely.
