I just want to say thank you for your wonderful service. My oil tank was leaking and I decided to convert to gas. I had multiple companies came in and got multiple quotes. I made the decision to go with this company and it was a great decision. My house has never been warmer. Thank you Terry and your helper. Sorry I don’t remember his name. I do recommend this company. Our Utica boiler heating system was installed in May 2025 by M&R Mechanical. The price we paid was the best we could in the market. The installation team finished the removal of our old system, and installation of the new system in a single day and did a great job. They had set the system up with factory default but did not tell us that. It looks like the factory default set up is Economy mode. Our HVAC mini split system which we bought with the house two years ago stopped working and other companies refused to work on it but M and R worked with us for two months two try and get it fixed and to try and get it covered under warranty even though we had no paperwork and we couldn't read the serial number on the unit. In the end, we decided to replace the unit and M and R did a great job with the install. He came on time, did a complete inspection and gave me a detailed report. Moses is a highly skilled professional , who represents M&R mechanical in an excellent fashion.
