We recently had a new high-efficiency boiler installed by M&R Mechanical Services to replace our 20-year-old system, and the installation was done professionally and smoothly. Everything worked great overall, but a couple of weeks later, we noticed that one of the second-floor rooms wasn’t heating properly. I have used M&R a few times for system maintenance and service. They have been very easy to schedule, and the best part is the professionalism and kindness of their service technicians! Most recently, Moses came out and was extremely kind and helpful in explaining to me the maintenance needs of my systems - without upselling services! M&R is a top-shelf company that I recommend without hesitation!
Our Utica boiler heating system was installed in May 2025 by M&R Mechanical. The price we paid was the best we could in the market. The installation team finished the removal of our old system, and installation of the new system in a single day and did a great job. They had set the system up with factory default but did not tell us that. It looks like the factory default set up is Economy mode. I just want to say thank you for your wonderful service. My oil tank was leaking and I decided to convert to gas. I had multiple companies came in and got multiple quotes.
