Chris was excellent. I could not be happier with the experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, arrived on time and thoroughly explained things as he completed servicing my system. He was also very polite and respectful and kept the work area and the rest of our home clean. I would highly recommend Chris and M&R Mechanical Services to anyone.
Giovanni did a great job on our air conditioning system!! He solved a hard to find problem and worked carefully to fix it. Very knowledgeable and professional! The M&R team is excellent and we’d highly recommend them.

Ross was my tech he showed up late. Continue to apologize for his dirtiness. I noticed that he seemed a little tired. I showed him to where the unit had to be serviced along the way he asked to use tbe bathroom. Literally 20 minutes later , he came out staggering. And asked me where the unit was and needed to be serviced, I was so nervous that he was going to wreck my unit that I lied and asked him to leave.
