Our HVAC mini split system which we bought with the house two years ago stopped working and other companies refused to work on it but M and R worked with us for two months two try and get it fixed and to try and get it covered under warranty even though we had no paperwork and we couldn't read the serial number on the unit. In the end, we decided to replace the unit and M and R did a great job with the install. M&R Mechanical systems was in for their semi annual inspection and review of our heating/air-conditioning units. Moses, our technician, did a fantastic job. He came on time, did a complete inspection and gave me a detailed report. Moses is a highly skilled professional , who represents M&R mechanical in an excellent fashion.
When other companies were refusing our job or charging exorbitant prices for major repairs (without properly diagnosing), Giovanni came out, took a thorough look and provided a step-by-step & affordable approach. Every aspect of my experience with M&R was great. The initial phone call, appointment set-up and the service were all wonderful. They gained a new loyal customer!
