Michael the Salesman and the crew team did a fantastic job. Michael was able to accommodate and replace my AC very fast and he was very responsive. The service techs were great and did a nice job replacing the unit and then explaining to me how the new one operates. I highly recommend M&R!
I'm from Milford and I have know M&R Mechanical Services for years. They are always on point, professional and do an excellent job. Just recently, I called and their technician Michael Barnett came out to the house in 24 hours. He was excellent. He inspected the HVAC system and gave us his assessment in a few hours. I would highly recommend using M&R and Michael Barnett. Five stars!
During the first heatwave of the summer, my air conditioner failed. When I called M&R Sunday evening, a friendly staff member answered immediately. When she was unable to get a technician for that night, I was scheduled for the next morning. The wait window was only two hours, and the tech arrived timely.
