Our HVAC mini split system which we bought with the house two years ago stopped working and other companies refused to work on it but M and R worked with us for two months two try and get it fixed and to try and get it covered under warranty even though we had no paperwork and we couldn't read the serial number on the unit. In the end, we decided to replace the unit and M and R did a great job with the install. Every aspect of my experience with M&R was great. The initial phone call, appointment set-up and the service were all wonderful. They gained a new loyal customer!
Chris was excellent. I could not be happier with the experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, arrived on time and thoroughly explained things as he completed servicing my system. Michael the Salesman and the crew team did a fantastic job. Michael was able to accommodate and replace my AC very fast and he was very responsive. The service techs were great and did a nice job replacing the unit and then explaining to me how the new one operates. I highly recommend M&R!
