Don was our technician for this call and we couldn't have been happier with his service. He was prompt, friendly and efficient. Don took the time to explain the problem, what he'd done to fix it and answered all of our questions in a personable, down to earth manner. We've had nothing but great experiences with this company!

This is the second time our house has needed emergency plumbing repairs and Mr. Mikes came through once again. The service technician we had this time, Kevin, was extremely professional, explained the repairs we needed and sent over an inspection report and quote for the next steps. No pressure on upselling something we didnt need right away either. Came out on Thanksgiving day and everything! Thanks for the continued service!
