After taking up carpet that was on the hardwood floor for over two decades, we decided to embrace the flaws in the oak hardwood floor and give this service a shot. Thanks, Matt, for the wonderful "new" floors! We bought an old house with floors in need of refinishing. The floors were worn out, scuffed, had paint dribbles, and were just dull. Matt's crew did an amazing job revitalizing the floors; they really brightened up nicely. In and out, no mess, they do everything, floors look beautiful, wife happy! Meet Matt while he was doing another job and asked him to come to my home and take a look. He gave me an honest assessment and reasonable quote for the job. His crew showed up as promised and on time. They worked carefully and thoroughly to prepare the floors and then they applied the 'magic'. We're happy with the results, a week later we're still smiling every time we look at the floors and wonder why we didn't use Mr. Sandless sooner!

If you’re looking to redo your wood floors without the sanding mess, this is the way to go. Mr. Sandless of Staten Island did my floors and they look amazing. They are courteous, neat, professional, and caring. My floors look super. They are so shiny and perfect. 10/10! Call Mr. Sandless, you will not be disappointed.
