This year was my second time ordering and I love the shrink wrap kits they offer. Fast and free shipping is an added bonus! So much cheaper than paying someone to shrink wrap our boat.
- For Semi-Truck Drivers - took 1 star because the location. But their customer service is very helpful, and will email you directions I copy and pasted them here . !! This used to be a reliable company. But after sending in an order on the 25th, and getting a 'shipment' notification the same day, we went out of town expecting the order to be delivered while we were away. Now 12 days later, nothing, and when I check the shipping information it's not even been shipped!!!! Very disappointing. I'll update this review when I understand what's happening.
The customer service was excellent!! The product I ordered was not available and Diane reached out to me and helped me get it resolved quickly. She went over my options with me and the lead time to get the product I wanted. We found an alternative and she updated the order and had it on its way in no time.
My kit was damaged and missing everything but the shrink wrap during shipping. Online chat with Lisa sent her photos and she said she will call or email me shortly. Sent a message yesterday asking for a status update.. Its been 2 days & I still haven't heard anything. Really starting to regret my purchase....
