i received a quote for $186.39. for a roll of shrink wrap. no shipping was being charged with $186.39 being the final grand total. now they will not honor the quote and are charging over $230.00 dollars. if this is how they deal with all issues i cant risk dealing with them, although **** tried to help but was unsuccessful. i will find a more honorable supplier.
We took the wrap off our boat a couple weeks ago. I had hope time would ease the anger. It has not. This was the most unprofessional job I have ever witnessed. Starting with the wrap did not go over our radar tower, this would not have been a problem if it were sealed at the 4 spots it was loosely wrapped around the tower legs. I ordered three rolls of Dr. Shrink DS-MEGAGRIP tape. When the corrugated box was delivered with the three rolls, the box was wet and the three rolls inside were damaged. I contacted "Mary" at Dr. Shrink and yes I understood that "all sales are final; no returns". I did in fact receive a credit for one (1) roll only. THE THREE ROLLS WERE COMING APART. I do not want to click on the one star but BBB forces this ----
I have an order and have not received it. I have made three attempts to find out where the order is at with no response. I need to get my order Onethousand 37360. My plan is next week to get in contact with my credit card and have the charges revoked since I have not received the item OR heard back from Mr. Shrinkwrap. The person taking my order was very very nice but it does not do me any good if I had to pay and not get my order.
