Currently have two units at Mr. Storage. The owner, Michael, has been wonderful. He makes sure you get what you need and want. He makes the process of renting a unit as simple as possible. He has showed me nothing but kindness and compassion. I would definitely recommend Mr. Storage. The website is very easy to navigate. They offer climate controlled units as well as standard units. The units are enclosed with a keypad gated entry and under 24/7 surveillance. Units are easily accessible, clean, and well lit.
Great customer service. Quickly returned my calls or email. Easy to set up units online without leaving the house. Lots of security cameras on the premises. He went above and beyond to help meet my needs. Clean office and storage units. So glad to have a climatized facility in Abbeville.
Gravel parking is terrible, Not sure they know anything about the storage business. Better choices out there.
