I am heartbroken that this company promised a group of disabled adults a ramp for their stage show and never came through to help them. This special group of different abilities practiced for 4 years to put on a play. We needed a ramp so our adults with wheelchairs and walkers can get on stage. This company promised to provide a ramp and canceled several times after scheduling appointments to come out to help. He was also going to charge A LOT more than the other companies, but we were in a bind. Now he simply is not ret... read more

Mike was great at getting back when you’re a new customer, came out and installed a reconditioned unit, all well. One week later chair was fried!!! We finally got a hold of Mike, promised to come out two times to repair the unit, offered to pay extra for repairs. 3 weeks later no Mike. So moral of the story, you get what you pay for. Do your self a favor, rent a new chair, or pay the extra for a new unit, and save yourself the 2k your going to waste on a used pc of junk that’s in the scrap pile. Thanks Mike hope you can slee... read more

Does not even deserve 1 star. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! Electric lift recliner ordered and paid for in-full but never delivered. After I died (2 months after I was supposed to get the chair), it took 6 months and court action for my niece to get a refund for my widow. However, the owner did not pay my widow the full amount ordered by the court. He still owes her ~$2000 per the judgement. Yes, I am speaking from beyond the grave and will continue to do so until my widow gets paid or this business closes.

This business is completely unprofessional and takes advantage of its elderly customers. My grandfather who is 82 years old called this place to get my grandmothers wheelchair lift fixed of which she can not get up and down the stairs without. Mike came out to install a “new” chair and fix issues we had for $850 , the chair he installed was old and used. The lift still isn’t working, when my aunt called and went to the business numerous times to let them know and ask if they could come back he assured here he would be there ... read more
