The representative paid attention to detail while handling multiple guests. I thought Clinton was solid today and a major help to secure my unit. Secure grounds and reasonably priced, I like it.

Mount Hood Penske truck rental and storage in Woodburn is excellent! Clinton Sparks has always been extremely helpful and nice, immediately arranging the moving trucks which I've rented from him over the past several years. Penske's prices are the lowest and quality of service along with new equipment the highest. I would give Clinton, his staff, and Penske a five-star + rating recommending them for the best rental deal around. Thanks to them, I got all of my big moving projects done efficiently within my budget.

I don't typically write reviews, but I had to jump on here and show my appreciation for the great customer service I received by the assistant manager Angela. She greeted me with a smile and immediately offered me water or coffee. Angela told me about the security features that her facility offers, which really put my mind at ease. She took me on a tour and let me see the different units, I appreciated her time and helpfulness. Mt. Hood Storage you got a keeper, a rock star of an employee. She deserves a raise!!
