I love Rodney. He is caring, compassionate and has a sense of humor. If you hate going to the dentist then come let him change that experience for you. It definitely changed mine. I came in, in the worst pain. He made sure that I was not in pain and that I was comfortable before staring. He is not in a rush. He takes time with each patient and makes them feel most welcome. Dr Rachels is an excellent dentist. He replaced 2 crowns and my bite is perfect. I could not even feel the pinch of the needle or numing agent go into my jaw, absolutely painless unlike every other dentist I've been to. He takes the time to listen and also explains in detail what he thinks the best course of action is. The whole office staff are extremely pleasant and really enjoy their work. Would recommend this dentist 100%.
I have loved this dental office since I first started using them in 2006. I would and do highly recommend it to all of my friends. Most people think of teeth cleaning as a terrible experience, but I can honestly say I look forward to my biannual visits. All of the staff in the office are friendly. And even though I don't work there, I feel like I'm a part of the gang. Dr Rachels fulfills his mission in taking time to get to know his patients and being an excellent dentist.
