Visiting Charleston from Wilmington and my engine light came on about two minutes away from this shop. I pulled in and they assisted me right away. Preston and his team were the most kind… I ended up leaving my car there to be fixed. They were professional, fair and just genuinely the kindest people. Grateful for them! Would 1000% recommend to anyone in the area!
I can't say enough good things about Mount Pleasant Auto Service Center. My rear brake light went out, I realized I didn’t have the right tools for the job to replace the new light I bought. I took my car to a well-known auto repair shop and was given an unreasonable quote. Thankfully, I brought my vehicle to Mount Pleasant Auto Service Center and met Preston, who was confident they could install the taillight for a small fraction of what the other shop wanted. I am new to the area and brought my jeep to Mt Pleasant auto service for an oil change, brake check and TPMS repair. They fixed everything the same day I dropped it off and didnt charge for a brake check even though they had to remove 4 very heavy oversized tires. I appreciate their professionalism, customer service orientation and integrity. They have a new long term customer!
Very polite and hospitable. I went in for an alignment and they were very thorough. I ended up needing new tires and they asked me to come back after I got them on so they could check the alignment again to make sure it was still good. I highly recommend them.
1/2/2025 Had a strange noise coming from under our car & had to leave on a 1200 mile trip that morning. Stopped in without an appointment, left car & received a call with in the hour, they found the problem and it was fixed. Such a friendly, family atmosphere, with willingness to help us out was truly appreciated! Do not hesitate to support them with your auto repair needs.
