1/2/2025 Had a strange noise coming from under our car & had to leave on a 1200 mile trip that morning. Stopped in without an appointment, left car & received a call with in the hour, they found the problem and it was fixed. Such a friendly, family atmosphere, with willingness to help us out was truly appreciated! Do not hesitate to support them with your auto repair needs.
I got new tires here for my Subaru. Preston and the crew were great! All around excellent service and my tires were installed and aligned perfectly. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.
I started coming to this place about a year or two ago. They were nice, friendly, and accommodating the first time and they are the same now. One of my most memorable moment about them was when I needed my windshield wipers fix as they were not working but they didn't have the available slot to squeeze us in. I can’t say enough good things about Mt Pleasant auto. I’ve been coming here for awhile, and have always had a wonderful experience. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I’ve had my fair share of auto places trying to take advantage of me, and I’ve never felt anything like that here. Preston is amazing and always takes the time to patiently explain everything to me and keep me fully informed, providing me with options and prices. not a resident. had some unusual sounds coming from my driver front tire area. i was skeptical about going to a local place but looked at reviews of various places and this place had good reviews. i took chance and stopped by. it was a busy day for them but the wife was able to squeeze me in on the schedule knowing i was from out of town. preston called me later that afternoon and said the lug nuts were loose. i told him i had the front brakes replaced last month. anyway he tighted those and checked the rest of them, gave it... read more
