I have been using MTS for about 4 months now and I must say from the customer service representatives that schedule my dad’s appointments to the driver they are amazing. I utilize there non emergency transport to get my dad to and from his appointments. Biny was my dad’s driver for today and he was great in ensuring my dad’s safety and that he was comfortable.
