Head trainer Thiago Azeredo gives personal attention to each person during every class. You will be critiqued on what you are doing right and wrong, and corrected appropriately to advance your skills. Our most popular class is the Muaythai Fundamentals class, great for building or brushing up on your Muay Thai basics.

I have been coming here on and off for years. Recently I put my son (8) and daughter (5) in the summer muay thai camp and it was fantastic! Thiago and his team are excellent coaches and have inspired me and the family to return here for fitness, discipline and self defense. I love that it’s locally owned and operated and has a ton of love from the surrounding area and people interested in muay thai.
Sitan is a community. They really know how to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I love going to the Women’s Only class on Saturdays to get my work out in!
This gym has been a lifesaver for me and my kids. Where to start!.. I trained here regularly for 6+ months before moving out of state and leaving Sitan was the toughest part of moving. This gym is the real deal when it comes to training people how to fight and compete in Muay Thai. And the track record of fighters at the gym speaks for itself!
