This place was great when it was part of John Muir. Then it went private and is called 'Muir Health' and gone downhill. Had an order for services from the doctor for my elderly parent with dementia. Called numerous times to find out when they would come and they just showed up at the facility where my parent lives without telling me. even after I had asked to please call my number. still came 2 more times without notifying me.
