Although we have recently purchased a home and are leaving our rental, we wanted to say that we are glad to have found our apartment/townhome with Muller. They are always more than happy to answer questions and take care of concerns! They were careful during quarterly inspections since we have two cats which was wonderful so I didn’t have to worry if I was home for them or not to make sure they didn’t escape.
I have had many rentals in the past, almost 20 years, but this experience was the most unique, to say the least. I had been looking for a rental in Knoxville for several months while I was in New Mexico. I had been conducting online and app searches myself and with the realtor I was using at the time, to no avail. Mueller Realty and their staff are the absolute best!!!! Having recently retired from the military, I have rented all over the world and to say they are the most accommodating company I have rented from is an understatement. If I have an issue (which is rare) they are very quick to fix it. I highly recommend them!!!
