Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I attended the first day of my forklift course, but the instructor was incredibly unhelpful throughout the day. I have done my course at the Ballarat construction course. Mark poole took the class and was informative and calm and clear in his teachings and instructions. He let us dig a dam for our final project and helped us plan and figure out how to work together as a crew.

I gained a competency as a qualified forklift truck being trained and supervised by the on site assessor "Kit". I did this by following his instructions on driving the fork and with what to do with the registered study materials. A Forklift licence required a pre-learning module and activity book to be completed. Practical driving training was also done before any in-house assessments. By working hard through these registered materials early as advised, it was possible to attain the competency required to operate a forklift.... read more

I recently completed my forklift licence training here and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our instructor Kit was professional, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process much less stressful and easy to follow. The location is very easy to find, there’s plenty of parking available, and the building and training facilities are clean and well maintained. I highly recommend!
