Giving this feedback on behalf of Usha Krishnan (Patient) Had a wonderful experience at Mundelein Clinic. The staffs right from the from the front office ware professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. The dentist explained every step clearly, and the treatment was gentle and efficient. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care!
I had an appointment yesterday with Heather and Dr. Tom and, per usual, they were great. They never fail to be the best combination of professional as well as friendly. I feel well cared for and fortunate to have been a Mundelein Dental Care patient for many years. Also, Barb and Yonith (sp?) are great as well - always on their game!
The staff were cordial, however I've never been to an office that requested payment prior to submission of the charges to my insurance provider and as a result I will must likely attempt to find another dentist after completion of the current work needed.
The best care and treatment by all! Our family has been going to Mundelein Dental for many many years. Dr.Tom, Heather, Barb and all go the extra mile. We appreciate them!
Great staff! Heather is top notch and Barb is irreplaceable. Dr. John is caring and professional. Two thumbs up.
