This complex has seen much better days before Vesta took over. Once they got their grimy hands on this property, they treated it and its tenants like a hostage. How might you ask? First the management we’ve encountered here, come off very hostile. Then act so nice to potential tenants. Promising new tenants that things will be fixed within the week they move in. Never happens. I currently live here and we love the apartment we are in. What stood out the most is that the manager went above and beyond to help my family with our new home. Tamara has been a blessing to me in every way and she's only an email or phone call away if I need her. We have a new receptionist who is friendly, warm, and willing to help, or just have great conversation. The two ladies make a great team and myself and my family are grateful for both of them. Office staff was very helpful and got us in with absolute no problems. They communicate very well and the property is 100% everything we were wanting. Definitely enjoy coming home to this amazing place I call home.
Back in Aug 2023, I was about to have surgery for stage 4 colon cancer, and was looking for all bills paid, and remembered this place (Muntage Apt) from 1999ish, and was on section 8, facing no renewal of my voucher, and was trying to apply but couldn't get a response to from the manager as to how was they going to handle all bills paid? and was told they don't know and would get back with me, but keep in mind i was almost out of time, so i filled out half of the app knowing i would need to come in and give them my request f... read more
