This place is horrible the teens twist your door knobs security is useless if you can find them when you need them. Management is the worst lost money orders charging you for pets you don't have. The amount of bird poop throughout the hall ways is a health hazard. The office always closed. Management are rude liars promised I was moving into a new remodeled unit a whole yr now still haven't been moved so I'm definitely looking for another property not associated with this one. What is happening in this place?!!? We were contractually hired to do repair work for drainage, concrete repair/ replacement, and many other items. They not only did not pay, but when we were waiting on Draw payments, they used our on site materials with another contractor. We tried contacting the management company and spoke with a total of 8 yes 8 different supervisors(all of whom were fired or quit) and each promised to get us paid to no avail. My daughter has lived here far to long. Management is rude and seems like they changed every week. Rent money being misused and the tenants are the ones that suffer. Tenants were informed of closing and that they would receive $2000 to help with relocating but they informed my daughter that she wouldn't be getting anything because Section 8 terminated their contract with them. I live in Murdeaux Villas back in 2013 to 2016 Walter was very awesome once he left the new management was very rude I was on section 8 I passed my inspection they didn't want me to renew my lease I couldn't understand why I was never late on my rent I kept my apartment clean. Once I move out they never gave me back my deposit. I was constantly calling up there for it but the new management never returned my calls.
