What is happening in this place?!!? We were contractually hired to do repair work for drainage, concrete repair/ replacement, and many other items. They not only did not pay, but when we were waiting on Draw payments, they used our on site materials with another contractor. We tried contacting the management company and spoke with a total of 8 yes 8 different supervisors(all of whom were fired or quit) and each promised to get us paid to no avail. My daughter has lived here far to long. Management is rude and seems like they changed every week. Rent money being misused and the tenants are the ones that suffer. Tenants were informed of closing and that they would receive $2000 to help with relocating but they informed my daughter that she wouldn't be getting anything because Section 8 terminated their contract with them. I live in Murdeaux Villas back in 2013 to 2016 Walter was very awesome once he left the new management was very rude I was on section 8 I passed my inspection they didn't want me to renew my lease I couldn't understand why I was never late on my rent I kept my apartment clean. Once I move out they never gave me back my deposit. I was constantly calling up there for it but the new management never returned my calls. Worse place I’ve ever lived. They didnt even clean the unit before I moved in. There were dirt rings in the tubs, etc. There is absolutely no security. Kids jumped onto my balcony and threw all my furniture off, and drew on my car, scratching it up. Units being broken into. Drug activity and guys shooting craps in the breezeway. Would not recommend. I've lived over here 3 different times and all were bad experiences. Should have not even returned but it was easy to get in because the lady in office was mishandling people's money and walked off with it. There have been at least 4 managers within a year, work orders backed up, cameras being placed in complex but somehow people's apartments are still being broken into.
