"Sales rep, Robert R. did a fine job. Finance person, Mr...." Sales rep, Robert R. did a fine job. Finance person, Mr. O., kinda mislead us on the price of our extended warranty. He made us believe it was $800. When we got home it was $2100. He actually told us "I have discounted the warranty and for $800. more you can get the extended warranty.

My experience with Midlands Honda and Dennis Gillan was the best car-buying experience I can imagine, short of someone giving me the vehicle for free. I've bought a number of cars and prior to this experience I have never been truly happy about the transaction once the ink was dry. "Salesman was very personable and yet, professional. We..." Salesman was very personable and yet, professional. We felt like we were given plenty of information to make our decision on our purchase and then we were given great service in information about our new vehicle. Like Metro Honda very much. Can't wait to see how the service stacks up to the sale.

We could have purchased our new Pilot at any of the Honda dealerships but chose to go back to Metro Honda to make the deal. We felt better dealing with Nelson and Metro Honda. We would recommend Nelson and Metro Honda to anyone wanting to buy a Honda car or truck. We really appreciate that Nelson made sure our new Pilot was ready for pickup and any questions we had were addressed.

He was very friendly and helpful so I decided to go to his dealership even though it was not the one nearest to me. They showed where everything was in the car that I might need before I drove off the lot.
