I drove into this dealership "to look" out of curioisity... I drove into this dealership "to look" out of curioisity (a new car in mind) to see what Honda had to offer in the Accords and Civics. Mark Rossi was standing outside and shook my hand and ask me 'how can I help you?" I told him I wanted to see these two cars to see what they were about. We test drove a 2009 Honda Accord and went back to the dealership. We went back inside and he simply asked me "is there anything else I can help you with"? I was "shocked" he did not pressure me or "beg" me as previous sales staff had done specifically at Capital Chevrolet. I told him the situation I was in with my current vehicle and told him I was not really sure that he could help me. He said I will be right back. I told him the payment amount I was looking for and he came back with a "no brainer" deal for me. Because of Mark Rossi's professionalism, no pressure manner, I purchased my very first "dream car" in my life! I never thought this was possible. He focused on "me and my needs" and not his own. This sale was all about me. I have never, ever, had a such a "Fine Dining Experience" as I did Saturday, the 4th of April This day will be remembered by me for all time. No comparison to Jim Hudson or Capital Chevrolet. They can eat their hearts out! I have found my once in a lifetime car, and an awesome dealership that exceeded my expectations! Thank you Mark Rossi, and Midlands Honda for the greatest thrill in my life! I drove off with a brand new shiney red 2009 Honda Accord Sports Coupe with only 21 miles! My sales associate, Mark Rossi, provided me with outstanding service throughout the sale of my car. He is extremely knowledgeable on Acura auto, and answered each and every question I had. Mark is the best sales associate I have ever dealt with while buying a car. I would also like to thank Chris, Bob, and Stephen in the finance department. Each one went above and beyond to ensure I received the best deal when puchasing this Acura. I highly recommend Midlands Honda to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle, while getting the best customer service possible. Another advantage to Midlands Honda is their website. My first new used vehicle so I had no idea how it was... My first new used vehicle so I had no idea how it was into buying a new vehicle. Even though my dad came with me, Mr. Willingham helped me understand in easy terms how things will work without sounding like someone just wanting to sell a car because they're paycheck depends on it. Very friendly, honest, and most of all helpful. Everyone else there was just as friendly. I recommend this place to anyone

Told him my situation, and he went out of his way to help me get into the car I wanted. Also, it didn't take long to get into my '08 Civic EX. That's a major plus. Overall, very good experience. "Excellent service, even picked me up to bring me to the..." Excellent service, even picked me up to bring me to the dealership to get my car after the repairs had been completed. The repairs were compeleted within the time they said they would be done and a review of what was serviced on my car by the service manager was excellent. They made me feel great about the work done and confident that it was all done correctly.
