It has been seven weeks and I still do not have a car. Hyundai in this time has: Denied me use of a warranty due to being the second owner. Denied to offer any solutions to help a customer. Not offered a single helping hand in a situation entirely due to their known bad quality engines. Corporate has refused any and all attempts at reaching a resolution. My friends, these people are the real deal. Come down to your hometown Hyundai and get a smoking deal with an extravagant warranty. Hyundai will not let you down, South Koreans make a great automobile. Henry Ford would be rolling in his grave if he witnessed the greatness Hyundai has achieved over Ford Motor Company. This place is a mess. I was promised my vehicle back the next day and then didn't get it back for almost a week. There was no communication. I was constantly calling the service desk to get updates on my vehicle and wasting my time. First parts were on backorder, then magically arrived, then they had to overnight a part.
