Murphy's is a wonderful company to work with. They are responsive, kind, supportive, and do great work at a great value. They really have the customer top of mind and help the customer to make the best decision they can. I have had a great experience with their HVAC service plan, and recently had them come out and replace my AC unit. You can't go wrong with this company. I am truly impressed at how wonderful they have been to work with.
Mike Camphill did an excellent job replacing my AC unit. He was very thoughtful and professional. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and always asked me before doing anything. He went above and beyond in everything he did and left my home the way he found it. Also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The other men who worked with him where very good and respectful of my home and to me.
The two men who came to my apartment in Las Vegas NV from Murphys plumbing were very professional and friendly. They completed the job of fixing a leaking hot water pipe. They were very polite and helpful. I was told by one of the plumbers that the young man that came in when the two plumbers were done that he would clean up the mess and put plastic over the open areas on the drywall (5 areas). Murphys did a great job figuring out how to maximize our A/C functioning for either second floor alone, or for second and third together, when we entertain overnight guests. Mike and Ethan were thoughtful and courteous and left things in spotless order at the end of each day. They took special care to make sure that newly installed grills had smooth surrounds and didn’t look ugly. Kudos and thanks.
Murphy's came out a removed our old boiler. They were curious and very helpful. It was quite the job to get get out of the basement but Mike and his helper were quick and cleaned up the area nicely.
