Joe was always prompt with his communication and was able to answer any questions that I had. He helped make the whole process much quicker and easier than I had expected. Joe Luzzi made it great. In today's world it is hard to trust any online activity. Joe was available whenever we had any questions, especially regarding sensitive docs and online procedures. Joe never mislead me about details in applying for a mortgage loan. I contacted other lenders. They were not as genuine and forthcoming as Joe.
