They were fast, efficient, and very friendly! The doctor was super nice and made me feel like I was the only patient there, even though they had a full house! They even helped me work out a payment plan with my deductible! Great people! Fantastic service! Excellent bedside manner! I would highly recommend this in an urgent care situation.
One of the absolute worse facilities we have been to. It seems the people here are more concerned about getting your money and not filing claims with your insurance provider. We had gone there on 7/31 of this year- received a bill from them on 9/1 showing that our insurance company didn't pay anything. When asked- they said that they hadn't filed with our insurance company and to just ignore the invoice. Just received our 2nd notice from them and when I spoke with my insurance provider I learned that they didn't file a claim... read more
