Extremely professional establishment. Dr. Aziz is very experienced and knowledgeable in his field. I liked his he lets you know what he is doing at every step of the procedure. No surprises . Pain free. I use to be scared of going to the dentist’s over the years but god the first time my fears are gone. Thanks to Dr. Aziz. His assistant was very helpful and friendly. Today is my first day to My Frederick Dentist. I was greeted with respect from the front desk staff. She was very professional, asked me to have a seat while they verify my insurance. In few minutes the hygienist came out called me, greeted and introduced herself to me. She was very professional . She did her part and called in the doctor who came in to evaluate me for the pain that I am having, made his recommendations. I was in and out . I had an excellent experience with Dr Aziz and his staff. Very professional people and super friendly. Dr. Aziz was on top of my dental issues and took the time to explain the whole process to me which helped me be comfortable with the procedure. The Dr. HONG!! He is terrible he lied to me I got a few procedures done from him and he gave me a filling in the front tooth that don’t even match my tooth!!!!! I heard him ask his immature dental assistant for a certain color I guess they didn’t have it on hand so he was like well this will work!!! My Frederick Dentist has a woman on the team named Katie. She is excellent. Every business requires someone like Katie. We had a difficult situation to resolve between the insurer and the dental treatment plan. It could have been frustrating for all parties. But Katie was persistent and, importantly, she was filled with an upbeat and positive attitude. Her kindness made the experience much less frustrating. Businesses always want to keep their customers coming back. The Katies of the world make that happen.
