We took the French Recipe Croissant Class, and it was absolutely fantastic! The class was small and intimate just eight of us which made it easy to follow along and ask questions. Jax, our instructor, was both professional and incredibly friendly. She clearly knows her craft and shared her expertise in a way that was easy to understand, even for those of us with no baking experience. We had a wonderful event here this evening. Incredibly well organized. Great recipes and instruction. All in all a spectular time. I took a croissant class with Jax yesterday. Outstanding. She had everything well prepared so we didn't have to focus on the easy bits (making dough), but instead on lamination, folds, shaking, temperature, etc very nicely done.

My first baking or cooking class of any kind and Jax was so NICE! The class was small, but I'm more fond of that because it is sentimental and helpfully pressed! I feel i can take what I learned and achieve at home! Quality and will always remember this delicious experience. I'd be friends with these brightening and seasoned people - will be back in the future.

Super fun class with awesome instructors and a good amount of take home macaroons to enjoy! Really loved this experience and will definitely be coming back!

Today I took a class to make croissants, our teacher Jackie was excellent and amazing. We left with two boxes full of croissants that we’ve made ourselves. It was outstanding and I would highly recommend this place.
