Our old boiler gave up and needed replacing. James walked us through the process, sent the quote through quickly, gave us a fair price and did a great job of installing the boiler. Also worth noting he turned up for every appointment right on time, and did the job quickly and professionally which is far better than some of the other heating companies we've used in the past. Overall a good experience and would highly recommend My Heating Engineer.

I called James on a Sunday and he answered the phone and was extremely polite and asked me to send photo evidence of the issue I had. This I did in good time and followed up with text messages, WhatsApp messages and phone calls. In that time (over 2 months) I only received one reply to say he was on holiday and would look into it on his return. This never happened despite follow up communication from me. I had a great experience with James and highly recommend him! He was super patient, taking the time to explain everything and answer all my questions without any rush. He started by fixing the boiler, making sure all the underlying issues were properly addressed so everything was working perfectly. After that, he installed a HIVE thermostat and even arranged for an electrician to come back with him to the property to add a socket so the thermostat could be connected—free of charge!
