James came to fix and service my boiler for me today. He’s a really nice guy and did a really great job. He explained exactly what he was going to be doing and why, which was really reassuring. He was really clean and respectful of the property and just really professional in general. The customer service was also great from the other members of his team I spoke to. I’ll definitely be reaching out to them again in the future, highly recommend!

James was recommended to me by my plumber who I have used for 25 years. The boiler replacement I wanted was quite complex and I had certain requirements that I needed to be completed as part of the project. From the first contact to the completion of the work, James's communication was exemplary.
