I called James on a Sunday and he answered the phone and was extremely polite and asked me to send photo evidence of the issue I had. This I did in good time and followed up with text messages, WhatsApp messages and phone calls. In that time (over 2 months) I only received one reply to say he was on holiday and would look into it on his return. This never happened despite follow up communication from me. Our old boiler gave up and needed replacing. James walked us through the process, sent the quote through quickly, gave us a fair price and did a great job of installing the boiler. Also worth noting he turned up for every appointment right on time, and did the job quickly and professionally which is far better than some of the other heating companies we've used in the past. Overall a good experience and would highly recommend My Heating Engineer.

James is a real pro! We called James out for a second opinion after being told by another ‘engineer’ that our 5 year old boiler was beyond repair and needed replacing at a cost of over £2k. James thoroughly examined the boiler whilst consulting exploded drawings to find where the problem leak might be coming from. It turned out to be an unusual fault but the fix was to grease and refit a washer. Problem solved - £2k saved and a perfectly good boiler not going to landfill. Great work - thanks again!
