Very organized and the ladies were very sweet. However, I booked a wax and they told me to do thread instead cause it was better, so I listened to their recommendation. I didn’t like my brow shape, which I mentioned immediately after, but she insisted it was because of the makeup. I took off any makeup and she gave it another try and still my brows are completely different shapes from one another. I’ll likely have to go home and try and fix them myself. Again, very sweet, but not great at shaping or listening to feedback
Been here twice for Brazilian wax. Stuff is super nice and experienced. The whole process is quick and there is no waiting time. But they’re not focusing on details at all. Also the lighting in the waxing room isn’t helpful. Pricing is also great compared to other places nearby.
Wow! Went for a brow threading and it was great. Gia was super gentle and fast. I just walked in and was seen right away. I will absolutely be back!
I've come here multiple times and each time have given guidance for what I want (follow the line I've drawn for my eyebrows, I'm trying to grow this area back in, don't make them too thin, don't wax my sideburns, don't use wax around my eyes, etc.). They rarely listen to my instructions. I always have to go home and use a pencil on my brows to correct their work. Today they waxed my sideburns and used wax around my eyes when those were literally the first things I told them NOT to do. Today was the last straw. I've run out o... read more
