Would not recommend for brow lamination, paid $65 plus tip. Service went ok, the second step of the lamination had a blue product. When the person doing my service wiped it off, she noticed it tinted my skin blue, she then proceeded to rub very hard with a tissue on my eyebrows which just had a harsh chemical on them. I have burns all over my eyebrows now.
Finally found a brow place! Renuka did an amazing job on my eyebrows. She was also very friendly/kind,positive, welcoming and professional. The place is clean and neat.. also no pushy upselling or comments about me needing additional services. Some brow places use the same brush on every client to brush off the hairs at the end of threading, which is unhygienic, this place doesn't even use a brush. They apply a bit of rosewater at the end of the session which is optional. I really liked it. I will be returning.

Yes, upon arriving to the shop, I was not greeted nor welcomed. The lady who did my eyebrows was in a very low vibrational energy. I didn’t like the environment for that reason. I gave her detail instructions how I preferred my eyebrows done, and showed her a picture. Unfortunately, that didn’t matter. She proceeded to do my eyebrows in a manner she thought was best and I hate them. They’re way too thin, the cleanup wasn’t good either! I had to go home and extract additional hairs she missed! I’m serious about my brows, okay?! Renuka gets them right, EVERY time. Added bonus, they’re full service and have the best playlists while you wait or get waxed. I enjoy the space and the attention to detail. I typically just pop in, but when I do call ahead, they’re always on time.
