I got a lash lift and tint here and the lady left the solution on for an hour. This should only be left on for 10-12 minuets. It's 24 hours after my treatment and my eyes burn and are very irritated. I was never given a choice of lash curl, nor was I talked through the treatment process or given after care instructions. My lashes touch my eyelids and are curled and not lifted. I am very disappointed.
Aysha is the best! I don’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. When I moved to California 5 years ago I had to find a new brow artist after several different artists that were all terrible I found Aysha and I have never gone to anyone else. She is so passionate and amazing at what she does! She is so easy to talk to and has a huge heart. I love her!!!
I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded here regularly over the past year and I have been so happy with the result each time! The studio is pleasant and clean, and the employees are friendly and efficient. Thankful to have such a great local spot!
Despite the salon being empty Aysha rushed my appointment. She didn’t listen to how I wanted my eyebrows when I explained it. She wouldn’t let me show her a picture on Google. She suggested I pick from the cartoon images of eyebrows on the wall instead. I felt rushed I pointed to one and said that but thicker. When I had to sign a waiver for having my eyebrows laminated I asked for the ingredients list for the lamination she said I don’t know and made me feel like a burden for asking.
