Nice place! It is clean & the AC is AWESOME especially in this summer heat. I love knowing my belongings are kept in a temperature controlled storage. I really like the sweet girl Heidi who works there, she is so attentive, knowledgeable about the sizes of the units and cares about my storage needs & wants. She is always there when we have questions or any concerns. I like knowing she’s always there to help. I like this place so much I rented an additional unit!
This will be the first Google review I've ever written. I've never felt compelled enough to write one before...until now. Although the facility itself was great -- clean, well-kept, and functioning properly -- there's one thing that stood out above all else. And that would be Heidi. She's an absolute rockstar. She made us feel so welcomed after an extremely long drive, and she went out of her way to make sure we got the unit that fit our needs. We need more Heidi's in this world.
Heidi and Daniel are a great team, they always help me with anything I need. I have been with the Storage for more than five years and it is excellent. Very safe very customer service friendly.
Heidi is a great and excellent customer service person and she knows the process and walk us through issues excellently. She is an epitome of a great customer service and truly a great asset of the organization.
Heidi is one of the most awesome helpful and understanding people I’ve ever encountered ! There is not a day I’ve come in where Heidi has made me feel comfortable and at ease with the stresses of moving ! Strongly recommend
