Tina in the office and Ben and team provide an outstanding service for all your plumbing and heating needs. We are extremely grateful to have used their services. They are punctual, polite and efficient and stand behind their service and products. We wish them the best and hope more companies follow their work ethic. They are our go to team always.

Friendly staff who know what they're doing and care (which isn't easy to find these days)! We faced a unique situation in a heatwave with our year-old furnace/a-c unit and a warranty issue. Someone else installed, and we didn't have proper warranty registration. Tina, Lachlin and Ben were all great to work with for replacement parts and quick turn-around service. Highly recommend!
MyService has the fastest response for service in the City. I give them a call for something like a hot water tank not working, AC going out, furnace issues, and they can typically get someone on site within the same business day. Both Ben and Tina are very helpful and kind. I couldn't recommend MyService enough!
My Service Company is fantastic! Ben has installed a home and garage furnace, a wireless thermostat and done some furnace maintenance for me. I highly recommend them. Communication is clear and prompt, friendly staff and on time. Ben does great work, and is very knowledgeable. Will continue to use their services for sure!
