I just got my aligners, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the very start, the service has been absolutely amazing. Every step leading up to getting my aligners was handled with such professionalism and care. She consistently reviewed my weekly scans with great attention to detail, noticing even the smallest changes in tooth movement. We had a great experience at my smile orthodontics today. We competed braces for one son here in 2021 and the other is starting his teeth transformation. A special thank you to Katelyn and Dr Lasni. I highly recommend you bring your children to a specialist orthodontist and not a dentist who can do teeth transformation. At least get a second opinion here as it doesn’t cost anything to do so. Reasonable good service to begin with, but the volume of clients they have taken on means appointments are difficult to get, often left waiting and very rushed. Three months delay on my final set of alligners partly due to the only qualified staff member in the place going on holidays resulting in the business closing for a month. Don’t do it, many dentists (probably even your regular one) offer this exact treatment and you will not feel like cattle on the farm.
Just started the journey and Dr Lasni and Katelyn were extremely helpful and informative about the options, next steps and the journey ahead. Highly impressed with all the latest technology, tools and service. You came highly recommended and thank you for making us feel comfortable to take this big step forward!
