This dental clinic wasn’t the best experience as I hoped for despite the amazing reviews. I came here as I was looking for a place that would tailor my Invisalign case and align it with the cost. I’ve heard from reviews they individually price case by case. My teeth are very minor, only couple on the top and bottom need straightening. I called to make a consultation appointment and the lady said the next available is 2 months away!? Thought surely this is a great dental clinic if it’s that far booked out. Dr Lasni and Katelyn were absolutely fantastic with our 10 year old twins. They were friendly, reassuring, shared information in a professional and appropriate way. The reception staff were efficient, helpful and demonstrated great communication at all contact points. I would highly recommend this practice for orthodontic treatment.
My experience here was nothing but perfect:) the second I stepped into the door I was welcomed by lovely staff. The staff here are very friendly ,kind and bubbly. The atmosphere was very clean and bright. When I got there, there was only 1 other person so the wait was not long but it only was a 2-5 min wait time . Katelyn looked after us during my time here and answered all our questions thoroughly. They presented me with treatment options I didn’t even know were possible, and explained everything clearly without any pressure — knowing I had other options in mind.
