Hello again! This was my second visit at the MySmile orthodontics. I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to Mysmile Orthodontics. I was running out of my retainers and the ones I had were nearly damaged, so I needed a new one specifically for my lower teeth. Other clinics quoted prices that were 5–7 times higher — understandably, since making just a single retainer doesn’t really benefit most clinics. The team at MySmile at both Engadine and Miranda are very friendly and accommodating. Whenever one of my children broke a bracket or wire they always did their best to fit them in ASAP. They were gentle and reassuring during their visits which was good when they were nervous. Thank you. 😊
We’ve just finished 2 years of orthodontic treatment and what a great experience it was. Dr Lasni and her team are caring, kind and experts in what they do. From the front desk to the team out the back, the entire team are there to make it a wonderful experience.
