I just got my aligners, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the very start, the service has been absolutely amazing. Every step leading up to getting my aligners was handled with such professionalism and care. Could not be happier with the appointment and knowledge around Invisalign and braces for my crooked teeth. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. Highly recommend.
Reasonable good service to begin with, but the volume of clients they have taken on means appointments are difficult to get, often left waiting and very rushed. Three months delay on my final set of alligners partly due to the only qualified staff member in the place going on holidays resulting in the business closing for a month. Don’t do it, many dentists (probably even your regular one) offer this exact treatment and you will not feel like cattle on the farm.
