I had a great experience thanks to the outstanding service from YEN one of the employees at this laundry. They went above and beyond to help me with my items and made the whole process incredibly easy. They were friendly, patient, and attentive, making sure everything was handled with care. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and genuine. I really appreciate her help and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Came to this laundromat because I called before and they said they were open till 1 AM. Got to the door and the lady that was in charge at night. on March 1 was telling me that I couldn’t go in because they were closing on the door. It clearly said last wash 1130 it was 11 PM exactly I told her that I had called and showed her what the door said. She made a big deal and was refusing to let me in. I told her that the last load was clearly at 11:30 and that I didn’t have a lot of clothes mind you I only had one bag of clothing... read more
Amazing laundromat. New and easy washer and dryer machine. Friendly service and always clean and stocked. Highly recommend. You can also leave your clothes to be washed for you too. Servicio excelente. Amables y atentos. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.
I was washing clothes last night and had the amazing help from Zoila, she’s very responsive and knows when to accommodate and help everyone! such a sweetie made my washing a lot easier and better!
The signs say 24/7 and Google says 1am please stop false advertising and train your staff to not be rude. I came in after working a late shift with small children for the lady to give Me attitude telling me they are closing while my clothes in literally in the washer. She spent the whole time complaining how she still has to clean machines ect and how she will not leave here till 1 or 2 am sorry not my issue this is your job and the owners have false advertising. If you don't like your job find another one!
