If I could give a 10 Star review, I would. I'm still shocked at the turnaround time to get my laundry done. Although it wasn't a lot, the time commitment and effort are still the same. I quite literally dropped off 14 lbs of laundry at 10:39 and picked it up at 1:40. I only intended to go in to get an idea if today was an option, or if I should plan to pick it up when we returned to Sag Harbor. Awful. Tried the Dry Cleaning service. Woman couldn’t tell me how much it would cost - 4 shirts - couldn’t give a price (couldn’t really speak English- but didnt really care either). Just “ I don’t know”. I haven’t a clue why people running a business would think it was ok to have a body behind a counter that is completely useless in answering very simple questions relevant to their jobs. “How much does it cost? First of the staff here is great, they are always helpful and kind. However the price for doing laundry went up but yet the machines are still the same old crappy ones. I've had more than a few times experienced the washing machine not draining and having to move to other machine. And dryers are a joke half of them don't seem to work or hold temperature. Third time already where 35 min dry on high and come to find the dryer is not working. Once again move to another dryer and waste 35 more min. For what they're charging they... read more
The fact that I have to buy a card and load it to use the machines that are over priced and they don't even use the total amount.... No change given or money back for unused funds.... What a rip off. No quarters to pay for the card... but you will have unused funds and wasted money they get to keep! No laundry detergent in the machines, a line to pay for the card to use the machines and your lucky to find an open one that works!!! Many broken... I used to like this place. I won't be returning again.
I love this laundry! It’s been renovated and looks so nice! The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently located on main st and I love the outdoor area to relax while I get my laundry done.
