This is a fantastic laundry. The facility is clean, the machines work perfectly, and I was able to get a large load of laundry done quickly. Zoila helped in the whole process, she was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, ensuring I had a smooth experience. It's refreshing to visit a self-service business that still provides such great support. Highly recommend for the quality of the machines and the helpful team!
Kia ora (Welcome) I am from New Zealand Googled the nearest Laundromat near my accommodation in Washington Ave this had best reviews and clean and customer service was A1. All I can say it's all 100% TRUE!! The lady there was so lovely did not over sell a card $10 for wash and a 12 min dry I didn't have loads of laundry and my clothes were dry enough for my satisfaction. A few weeks ago I came in to do some laundry before going on a trip the next morning, it was only my third time at the laundromat and I was totally stressed out. Zoila could tell that I needed help because my frustration was showing, she came over and showed me how to properly work the machines. After I made a mistake and mess, Zoila again came to my rescue, she was friendly, cleaned up my mess without getting upset. The washers are overpriced but the dryers are good at 5 minutes for a quarter. If you come after the manager leaves then there are no supplies (like detergent) available to purchase so be prepared. Change machine had plenty of quarters. Overall, I would go back again.
