My dog Ophelia stays here when we go out of town. She usually attends doggy daycare three times a week at their Highway 17 location. She is a very spoiled girl and used to every comfort while at home. The amazing staff makes sure they give her tons of attention, and they even go so far as to tuck her into her blankets at night. My dog was boarded here for 9 days. I will NEVER send him here again. I will never recommend this facility to anyone. When I went to pick him up, I immediately knew something was wrong. The girls at the desk seemed off. They told me “his neck might be wet” and I said “Oh was he playing in the water?” And they said “No, we’ve been trying to dry it with paper towels the last few days. I have two small rescue dogs, and I wanted them to have fun and socialize with other dogs, so I purchased a doggie daycare package. The location is great, the building is cute, and the website is inviting—but unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to expectations. Picking them up quickly became the least enjoyable part of my day. On multiple occasions, I was told that my dogs “needed to be socialized more.” Or I was questioned about my home life with them. We have been coming here for about 3 years now and love it! More importantly, Murphy loves it! Leah has done an amazing job making the west ashley location what it is today, the level of service that her and her team provide is top notch. It’s easy to see that they all truly care for all the animals. Of course, I must mention Hance and Courtney and the fantastic jobs that they do too, keep up the great work and thank you!
We absolutely love My Three Dogs West Ashley! The staff is so friendly and takes such great care of Franklin! They are very on top of things and great with communication! We are so happy to have found such a fun and safe spot for our dog! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking - plus they have fun special add ons to spoil your fur baby (photo shoots, frozen treats and more!!) 😊
