My dog Ophelia stays here when we go out of town. She usually attends doggy daycare three times a week at their Highway 17 location. She is a very spoiled girl and used to every comfort while at home. The amazing staff makes sure they give her tons of attention, and they even go so far as to tuck her into her blankets at night. My dog was boarded here for 9 days. I will NEVER send him here again. I will never recommend this facility to anyone. When I went to pick him up, I immediately knew something was wrong. The girls at the desk seemed off. They told me “his neck might be wet” and I said “Oh was he playing in the water?” And they said “No, we’ve been trying to dry it with paper towels the last few days. I take my puppy here twice a week, and it’s his favorite place!! He practically jumps out of my arms when he sees Leah lol Everyone is super sweet, and communicate really well! He gets so much socialization and exercise! He loves all of the staff there too!
We have been coming here for about 3 years now and love it! More importantly, Murphy loves it! Leah has done an amazing job making the west ashley location what it is today, the level of service that her and her team provide is top notch. It’s easy to see that they all truly care for all the animals. Of course, I must mention Hance and Courtney and the fantastic jobs that they do too, keep up the great work and thank you!
My dog cannot wait to go to “school” a couple days a week. She gets to play with other kind puppies, large dogs for hours and comes home exhausted just like we want her. Clearly they are very good to the dogs because she kisses them every time we leave. Truly every time. The staff are always friendly and give us a little update on her day. Rates are very reasonable.
