Myan did an outstanding job for us. I hated having to move all our crap out of the home for the "staging" but boy was it worth the effort. I took longer to do that then it did to sell. I've already recommended him to family members and would not hesitate to use him again.
Myan had a very good read on the market and provided lots of important information. I'm super stoked on my new to me home and i have Myan to thank for it. When it came time to do paperwork Myan and his team were on top of it.
Myan and his team and contacts were awesome! As first time homebuyers, we were pretty nervous about the entire process and we had a tight window to find a home and close on it. Myan had contacts for a loan officer, our home inspector, and our insurance agent and each one of them were great to work with. They all moved quickly and professionally. Myan listened to our wishes & concerns for selling our home. He made sure the right buyer was found - not just anyone, which was important to us. Not only did he keep us in the loop on showings, feedback etc., he also set up repairmen & even did some of the work himself!

Myan and his team did a great job of helping us as first time home-buyers to understand the whole home-buying process. Myan's schedule was very flexible, and we were able to go out and look at homes at times that worked for us. We appreciated Myan's honesty, and how he looked out for our interests. Myan is very accessible - always willing to answer questions - and was very quick in responding to our needs and inquiries.
Bought our first home with Myan. He took the stress out of the process & answered our questions right away. He understood our concerns & always had our interest at heart. He wanted us to be comfortable with the house we were buying because he understands that it will be us who has to live in it & pay the bills.
