Always nervous going to the dentist but the staff are friendly and put you at ease. I had the scan for the first time today with Diane and she explained this prior to doing it which helped. I then saw my dentist numaan who again puts you at ease and explains everything to you.
Having a fear of dentists and terrible past experiences, Sophie is absolutely fantastic in making me feel at ease, she's done all she can to get me the best treatment and keeping me updated in a straightforward manner, I really feel that she cares for her patients. Absolutely the best dentist I've ever seen.
For years I’ve always had a phobia of dentist my teeth have never been the best and have always been conscious about my smile. I’ve had a treatment plan open with Piotr now for some years and we’re finally getting closer to closing it. From a very nervous patient. The reception staff are very friendly and polite. I've seen Numaan 4 times now for treatment and he has always made sure that I was ok each time. He thoroughly talked me through the procedures, put me at ease and was very caring, attentive and friendly. On one of the visits, part of one of my front teeth had fallen out and I was very worried about it. Always lovely and friendly. Numaan and Dianne I saw today for treatments. Very professional and making sure I was OK and comfortable. Will be going back in 2 weeks for further treatments. Reception staff also nice and polite.
