Have been receiving ongoing treatment from Jamie who has been brilliant explaining next steps and costings throughout my treatment plan. Also had an appointment with trainee hygienist Liam who was superb, best hygienist session I’ve ever had. The whole team at this practice could not be more helpful.
Would high recommend My Dentist Avante. I had 2 dental implants and they were competitive on price. The service was fab, I felt looked after and reassured throughout. Kim, the coordinator is so lovely, she personalised the service and was always on hand to answer any queries I had. I’m very happy with the end result and will be back in the future. An absolutely brilliant dental practice whether NHS or private. I was there yesterday for root canal (never had it before) and I was very apprehensive but Mihai and the dental nurse (Emma) were great and talked me through every stage of my treatment as it was been done. I can not praise the whole practice any higher, from walking in to walking out they're all really, really brilliant.
Me and my wife have been a member of this Practise for about a year and have never had any complaints, only praises. We moved here as we moved to Stockton. The reception staff and nurses are lovely and the dentists are fabulous with us both (we are both nervous patients).
I have been a patient at this dentist for a few years now, and having previously been to other practices and private clinics, I can confidently say this is the best practice I’ve ever experienced. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the entire team—especially the reception staff—consistently go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.
