Poorly managed practice Caught up after my crown broke off and caused pain and ulcers in my tongue. Try to explain that I had special case needs because of my past medical history and traumatic experiences. I just asked could I be referred rather than coming in for appointment? Even though the practice offers NHS and says they’re available when you call up, it’s clearly a lie because all you get told is private only so what’s all about? Useless Haven't been able to get an appointment in 2 years. My son has never had an appointment there. Don't waste your time even trying.
