It has been a 3 year journey and the end result is much better. Staff are very accommodating in sorting out appointments when problems occur. Appointments run to time never had to wait long. I wish that adults were kept more in the loop when instructions are fully not understood / followed as they were intended so that we could have acted upon them. In our case an adult was not consulted until the end stage when it was too late to do anything about the situation we were presented with.

Daughter had her retainer fitted today which is just over one year from having her braces fitted. This was a lot quicker than we expected. Great service from the whole team. Appointments always running on time and although most visits we saw different staff, all of them were welcoming and friendly.
I would just like to say what a fab practice this is. They have looked after both my children with braces and received excellent service. Very professional, kind, friendly and caring. Would highly recommend it
Absolutely brilliant service for my daughter! She needed braces and the whole process was seamless, quick and painless. Her teeth are beautiful now, after having 17 months of braces. Thank you Bristol Orthodontics! My daughter has a beautiful smile because of you!
