Been a client here for over 5 years now and always had Aurimas as my dentist. Very professional but personal service. Never once had an issue with anything other than a couple of appointments being cancelled but always apologetic and rearranged promptly. The car park can sometimes be full, especially around school finishing time as there's a school across the road, but plenty of other parking nearby (Harvester, Aldi etc).
I feel I have to write today to express my disappointment. My daughters' check ups have now been cancelled three times since August. This isn't really acceptable expecially when we are waiting for this appointment to determine an orthodontist referal for my eldest. I can't fault the dentists when we see them but they really need to get the appointment issues sorted.
Although I had to wait 3 weeks to be seen with tooth pain my experience when I finally had the tooth extracted was very positive. The staff were kind and professional and I was seen promptly. The receptionist was very helpful, friendly and efficient .
Can't believe how my new teeth are, had problems with the plates, so now got clips. So easy and know pain. Only waited 2 weeks from start to finish. Can't thank you enough. Claire you are a star 🌟 thank you so much.
Despite having made an appointment previously for my son and I to attend I was told this morning on contacting them as I had a broken tooth, that no appointment had been made and I had been deregistered as they could not find a record of me attending. Not only did they deregister me with no communication or notice whatsoever, the fact that I had an existing appointment confirmed by text message whilst at the desk when I made it, they were adamant that no such appointment had been.
