Both my wife and I have tried to access NHS care with the practice Either there is no dentist on that day , you are asked to phone the following day and enter a scrabble for the limited appointments available. There are no longer any NHS yearly check ups, nearly two years ago was our last one. Meaning your dental health is being neglected and can lead to more serious problems.
I'm Carol hamm not owers. I have found the staff very friendly and helpful I've attended this practice for many years overall I'm very happy he with my treatment and service although it would be good , to have a little more NHS cosmetic treatments in front of mouth.
Have a reference number from 111 been waiting 4 days for appointment. Waited 45 mins on phone got to caller number 1 and cut me off …. Now no voicemail facility and cuts call off … pathetic!
Really good service. Got me in as quickly as they could. Angela the dentist i had treat me was very good. Put a smile back on my face :)
