The dentists here are excellent professional and highly skilled. However, I was surprised by the recent price increase for the hygienist services. £100 for a 25-minute (Ish) appointment feels excessive, especially when comparable services are available elsewhere for around £65. While I understand that prices can rise over time, this significant increase may deter returning customers. It’s a shame, as I’ve otherwise had very positive experiences with this practice. P.S Your reception staff do lack empathy.
We are so lucky to find this dental practise recently, with the excellent Mr Binder. We had booked to see the hygienist yesterday and were surprised it was Mr Binder himself. Having never liked hygienists, as they hurt, we were not looking forward to the visit. However, this was a new experience. He uses electronic instruments and they were painless throughout. Finally, some stains I had for years have gone!! Thank you.
Visited today was made to feel very welcome and at ease lovely ladies ...no pain at all I'm looking forward toy next visit 😁
This dentistry is the best on the island. Staff are always friendly and kind even when they are busy and give professional care and treatment for patients. Highly recommemded by myself and my child
My husband & I have been going to Cross Street Dentist for several years as NHS patients & have always had the best care but had a letter recently telling us that they have had to go Private now. How are people supposed to take care of their teeth when most dentists are going private. They said they have no choice!!!! How about the people that have no choice to not be able to go to a dentist because they can’t afford the cost of treatment.
