I’ve had my dentist appointment moved four times now. The dental industry is an absolute shambles and seriously needs sorting out. Why are appointments being rescheduled so often? What on earth is going on? Feel sorry for the receptionists who have to deal with the chaos and take all the flak for it. Sort it out!
Do not care about there NHS patients keep cancelling appointments leaving the patients to go private disgusting. Yet again i have had a appointment canceled, Putting the blame on the government. Can not offer another a suitable appointment until september but they are still taking on more NHS patients. Disgusting. I can't even post no stars.
I am extremely grateful to mydentist over the many years I've been with them they've always done their very best to help me in so many different ways. I thank you all for being so lovely and accommodating and professional. 10 stars
Let me start this review by making it very clear that this rating has nothing to do with the practising dentists at this practise.it is all about the time management and reception team Where do I start every time I have been within the last 2 years I have been waiting 20+ minutes after the scheduled appointment (normally it’s25-30) 20 is being generous while I understand appointments may take longer then expected but the same standard should be held for customers too as I have had a filling canceled 2 times and now a 3rd du... read more
You have an Amazing Team and as with any Business which is only ever as strong as the Team behind it.
