Brilliant dental practice. Great with the kids and reassuring for nervous adults. Had a family appointment with Mariana in the morning which was great, then an appointment with Cath the hygienist in the afternoon for what was, quite possibly, the most thorough and well explained hygienist appointment I've ever had.
My husband and myself have attended this practice for about 10 years, and recently my son joined. Always had great service from Myles Povey, he's a great guy and Cath the hygienist too. Excellent service. Thankful to have wonderful nhs practice not far away.
I’ve been going to this dentist for many years. It’s based in a central location in Tonypandy with plenty of parking nearby and train and bus stations within walking distance. The staff are friendly however I am always hounded by phone calls txts and emails prior to my appointment which is extremely annoying and then when we arrive there’s always forms to fill in, I would much rather do these prior to my appointment online especially when I’m taking my 2 children with me. After breaking two of my front teeth a few weeks before heading off to America for a month the only dentist that were interested in my problem were these guys...absolutely amazing service..teeth out..filling re shape..moulds and denture all completed within three weeks by the amazing Laura and her assistant Shannon absolutely brilliant 👏 😁
Hi, I had a emergency appointment here recently for a very painful Abscess/Swollen Gum/Nerve Infection? The result of figuring out the issue was not communicated well so could be any of these things pretty unsure, the dentist Dr. Asfia Haider was very rude and severely lacked the compassion and care needed for a healthcare role, I explained the pain I was in yet she handled me very roughly and placed me in more pain to the point i nearly wanted to cry, I explained with my condition that I could not open my mouth to brush my ... read more
