Just had treatment here over the past few months and after having a fear of dentist from a young age, how things have come on. The staff here from making the intial call where amazing on reception couldn't do enough. As for my dentist and his nurse well absolute 5 star plus. A massive thank you to Nicolas and Evie absolute dream team and so helpful and kind. Gotta admit Nicolas is a perfectionist and excellent at his job. Thank you again team and a very merry Christmas
Evangelia is absolutely the most compassionate, caring and non-judgemental Dentist I’ve ever met. I really appreciate the support from her and the team at Chester during an extraction, I felt really taken care of and staff are so professional and helpful. (NHS patient, non private)
I absolutely recommend this dental practice! I had a filling in a tooth and also an extraction. The tooth had broken under the gum so it made the extraction quite complicated. Evangelia and the dental team who helped today were wonderful! She puts me at ease, and even when I got very overwhelmed at one point, she kept making sure I was ok and that I could stop at any point. The communication throughout was brilliant. I enquired about becoming an NHS patient. Waited several weeks to be contacted and then you offered me services as a private patient... I don't mind being told you have no availability on the NHS but I am bamboozled that it took several weeks for you to offer me your services privately. Why not just honest when I rang you 3 weeks ago and offer me a private appointment. I probably would have said yes. Now you've wasted my time and annoyed me so I'll let someone else take my money
I am very nervous when it comes to the doctors or the dentist bit the way I was treated here for my brook tooth was brilliant! Not going to lie I broke it a few years back and due to past issues with other dentists I was to scared to get it fixed but here I was made to feel safe and in controll of how the treatment went and I feel so much better finally having this tooth fixed Thank you to the dentist and dental assistant who dealt with me crying my eyes our through it all and making me feel better
