We have been at this practice for a couple of years and the staff here has been amazing. The staff are outstanding and friendly! Vanessa herself has been amazing and always made us feel welcomed as soon as we enter the building! Best dental practice we've been to.

Vanessa the lovely head receptionist is beyond amazing. Her multitasking skills are very impressive. She is always so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. She truly and genuinely cares about patients. She is irreplaceable and an invaluable asset to the dentist practice.

This is a very Passionate Dentist, with Brilliant customer service, at Killay My Dentist!. Vanessa (receptionist) & all the Dental team are always very friendly, helpful & Caring. Always had a positive experience when having any Treatment. Vanessa is always a positive voice to speak to when booking routine or emergency appointments. Vanessa the receptionist is what makes us stay at this dentist. It doesn't matter what the request is absolutely nothing is too much trouble for her, right down to delivering a mouth guard to my home in the evening as I couldn't get to the surgery. This is a friendly, dental surgery and we are treated by a smiling Vanessa as soon as you step inside. Mydentist at Killay took me on after my dentist at Ammanford closed. I have received excellent treatment for the last two years from Homa the dentist. Vanessa the receptionist does a fantastic job of managing all the patients. She is very professional in her work, always busy answering calls and doing all her other work. I'm sure the practice would not run half so well, without Vanessa at the helm! Thank you all. Stu.
