I have never had any cause for complaint at this practice and I have been a patient since 1997. Despite different dentists working here, I always receive prompt action from the lovely staff.
Bit of a delayed review however I’m still fuming about it, so here we are. I went to see Julian and Kay (dental nurse) well over a year ago now complaining of tooth pain, after a few visits I asked for the offending tooth to be pulled, he was only going to pull the WRONG tooth! I had to say no it’s the other one!! So after the drama of this I was then sat there having had my tooth pulled and ‘Kay’ is sticking this piece of paper in front of me asking me to do a review on Google!! Been with this dentists a few years now staff are amazing friendly and always try to help they have payment plans to help with affordability my dentist Eulian is amazing very professional and understanding would never leave here it's the place to be so comfortable and friendly can't recommend them all enough.
I visited Paulo last week, absolutely lovely dentist, fab sense of humour which makes you feel totally at ease!! Great service by the team 👏
Extremely Disappointed with Poor Service and Unprofessionalism I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from your clinic. When I called to book an appointment, I was shocked to find out that I had been removed from your patient list without receiving any prior notification. I have checked my emails and phone records, and there was absolutely no communication from your clinic regarding this.
